McMullan, Kaitrin: New Zealand. 1994, 2004, 2006
Kaitrin from Dunedin, trained as an early childhood teacher. She is a semi-professional storyteller specialising in stories for primary school age children and younger. Kaitrin enjoys working with words and language you can taste. Her improvisation, audience participation, action chants and rhymes are not to be missed. With a family of four, Kaitrin has many opportunities to develop her expertise.
In 2006 Kaitrin and Liz Weir combined their talents and experience to form the Tell Tale Sisters, a tandem duo with double energy and double the fun. Together they weave playful, colourful stories for young and old, with a repertoire of folktales as well as original stories incorporating music, poetry, string instruments and fun into their vivacious and sparkling performances.
